Note: both 'Sound' (System Preferences) and 'Audio Midi Setup' can also be accessed by doing a search (cmd + space) and writing either 'Sound' or 'Audio Midi Setup'. To make sure Yousician is able to hear what you are playing, you might need to change the input level on your computer.
Select Sound and go to the Recording tab.Select Hardware and Sound from the Control Panel.In the search box on the Taskbar, type Control panel, and select it from the results.Now click and select the ‘Playback tab’ at the top. To complete your setup, launch the third party app in the background. Considering that you wish to play music through your mic, you will be probably be using a third-party app. To make sure Yousician is able to hear what you are playing, you might need to change the input level on your computer. Right-click on ‘Stereo Mixer’ now and select ‘Enable’.
